Screen Light for the MXT?

Sometimes my hunts border on staying until its dark. Has anyone figured out a decent way to get a light on the screen of the MXT? I would love to see some photos of your idea. Thanks

I use a headlamp........
Great for illuminating the screen and the dig area.

That's a really nice mod but I don't have the electornic expertise to pull that off. Thanks for the info , If I get to that point I will have a guy I know that is a electonics repairman to do the mod for me.

Dont worry about it. Spring daylight savings is about to kick in for an extra hour of evening daylight.

This small led light clips on the bill of your hat. I bought mine at Academy Sports. It's the perfect brightness and a simple on/off without cycling through the various red-low-med-high settings like some of the bigger headlights.

Of course I was talking about the deleted post. I should have quoted the post in my response but it's hard for me to believe that anyone thought that I would post that about a headlamp. I guess some people just take any opportunity to say rude things. Thanks for reposting the information on the mod Aarong81. I will take another look.

I use these from Academy. They come in various light color - white, red, blue, etc. I use the red when fishing since it doesn't mess up you night vision.
