Scott did you hunt Hampton/Salisbury today?any sand move?

No real nice low spots. Ocean was rough, high tide came way up over the berm. Filled in 4" of sand on top of the snow. The slope was worn down some but I think the high filled it in. The low area was about 4" to the hard sand which I have not seen in that area for a long time. Overall I found $1.69 clad and one heavy old earring. The clad was green, I thought it would be a good day. The high coming in was rough and looks like it will top the berm again...

Salisbury was good. Lots of sand movement from the top. Some cuts in the dunes, some snow fences lost, and even a wave into the parking lot at the arcades. Lots of patches of coins in the dark sand, but all clad. Got one tine 14K ring and one Indian head penny. Also farther north. Found some sand moved in front of a seawall and got some old coins.

18 pieces of silver from second site: 1 Barber half, 3 Walkers, Barber dime, Mercs, Roosies, Washingtons. Plus wheats, Buffs, and an 1880 Indian. 162 coins in 6 hours for $16 face

I got about $10 in clad, some wheats and a 14k white gold earing.METALDIG pulled some silver, wheats, indian and lots of clad!!there were a few hunters I'm going in am METALDIG CALL ME!!

Plenty of clad, but mostly dimes and pennies, so I got bored. I didn't see anyone in the AM - was all by myself. May try NH in the AM if it didn't get sanded in.

at Salisbury and my silver in NH. Did you hunt AM on Sunday? I didn't see anyone there. I was hunting just north of the arcade from the parking lot up to
"The Empress" cottage.

How are you and yours? Been quite a while. The club dying sure put a damper on things!
Where'd you get your 310 silver - land or sea?
Got 6 halves at the beach this weekend and a bunch of dimes and quarters. Haven't had a really good day at the beach since that huge cut five years ago!
Email or post if you're going to the beach. We've been posting a lot about Hampton and Salisbury this winter.

I'll tell you exactly where. There are too many lurkers around here to give the exact info (although I think I cleaned the spot out pretty well this morning.
Went back this AM for three hours and picked up 14 more silver including 2 Walkers, a standing quarter and a barber dime. Problably got about 50 coins and only 3 were clad or memorials!
