Scooter Shoot

Decided to go to my favorite lake today on my Honda 49cc Metropolitan scooter (13 miles one way) took my camera along for the ride. The swans were nesting and just don't like those "long necked" ducks, Kelly knows what I'm talking about:clsoedeyes: One of them had a message for Kelly, it said....."I got my eye on you"..:chase:. Also took some pics of just the swans and a pic of the late afternoon sun dancing with the trees creating some awesome long shadows..... NGE Almost forgot one, I took some pics of my neighbor's black lab. I was messing around in Photoshop Elements 9, and turned one pic into "stained glass" printed it out and am giving it to my neighbor, I think it's neat looking.

My favorites are the 2 of the swan. Nice use of the 1/3s rule. That swans bill sticks out like a sore thumb.:)

Those canadian geese can be mean. Right now there are quite a few on my colleges campus, and they don't like to move out of the way.

Its interesting how the lab came out as a glass window. :) I have played with editting a little, but never in that way. Nice photo.

i have Elements 9 and mainly use it for contrast, sharpening, color, etc. etc. Decided to try some of the filters thought, "stained glass" was neat. The swan's beak may actually be sore:lmfao: they have been attacking and chasing the honkers all day....nge
