Scoop Design: 90 vs. 20 degrees

Been brought up on 90 degree Sun spot and have not tried the 20 degree designs.
Is sifting easier with a 90 degree or 20 degree?
What other advantage, perhaps with digging, is there with the 20 degree?

Ive used both and the scoop its self has a lot to do with it. For me the 20 degree brings the handle closer to you out deep.... but i loose more targets as i bring the scoop up. The 20 degree for me is a little easier to set. You put a lot more pressure on the sides of the scoop especially if there are welds when the handle is on the TOP. Most of the 90 are connected to the back or foot mount area.

I was losing the contents of the scoop a lot and I also have bad shoulders and found that it's easier to lift straight up.

I'm sold on my 720. Used a 90 before and in deep water the handle was way too far out in front of me when trying to set it. Also it seems to sift better on dry sand at 20 degrees (I use the 720 both IN and OUT of the water).
