Went to a JR High school in my town today, hunted about 1 1/2 hrs== stayed in a small area 50x 60 ft and dug 23 pnnys 2 qts AND YES my 32nd ring- i wasent sure it was a ring or a washer or a spacer for lawn mowers or something, any way when i got to my car i cleaned it up and it said BEST FRIENDS FOREVER So i was pretty happy, a cool little hunt Z

I like hearing about your success with the M6,it inspires me to get out more and find some myself.Thanks Buddy, i broke my back in a motorcycle wreck in 1987- drunk of course, sober now 25 + yrs but i still can only hunt for 2 ---2 1/2 hrs tops so it is fun to pull up rings of any kind, i would not believe it if it werent true ill be impressed when i get to fifty- also i have all the rings ive ever found in a jar at home+ all kinds of other trinkets Z

I keep mine in a small plastic tub at the moment,have'nt quite got enough for a jar yet lol.I can't quite believe the M6 myself to be honest......i hunt the beach in the wet sand mostly and i'm having more success with this machine than I was with a sovereign.Out again tomorrow for about six hours so i'll post again if I find anything.Hope you get to the magic 50 soon....i'll be happy to get to twenty for now.

Well been out today for a five hour session and got another gold ring off the beach.Also had a fair bit of change,a dog id tag,a lead fishing weight and the usual ring pulls.Also met two fellow detectorists,had a good chat and learned a few things from them.All in all another great day with the M6.
