Scarified Junk + a Wheat

TURNMASTER

Active member
Went back to that "Scarified" property today. Went to where I found the Merc and Wheats last week, and found 1 more Wheat. Then nothing but junk. With the exception of a 1965 Washington. I found the Quarter in another spot near where I was before, looks like it would have been behind the house and garage. Hopefully I will get to go out tomorrow for a little bit. Hunted with the 9" CC MF today.

The round stove lids each hit at about 1 1/2 foot above the ground and they were 1 to 2" deep. They rang high 1 direction at 46 to 48 and grunt from east to west and varing numbers. The brass valvehit the TID in the high 30's then overload. I didn't measure how far up it would read it but it would not OL at 3 to 4 inch and to the side when I first read it. The pointy thing on the lid sounded like a line of pennies and is maybe cast Al.

As you get that junk cleaned out hopfully you'll find some more older coins. Keep workin it, you never know what you just might find.

Glad you found something, like Mark said when you get the trash out maybe you will find the oldies.
