I hate to use the dreaded 4 letter word but yes, it is 33 degrees and snowing in Upstate New York. Way too early for this crap! Hopefully will be gone tomorrow and the weekend will be ok for some Fall detecting.
 
It won`t be long before we get that stuff here in Wisconsin. I`m trying to get as much detecting done before I get the snowmobiles out. Good luck.

We woke up to the same thing Ed .... and big giant snowflakes coming down too ! It was mostly gone by the afternoon, but it is a sign of things to come ... very soon.
 
[size=large]just found out today my son-in- law is headed out to minn. tomorrow. has to be there monday for a job thing then drive to montana for the job itself. so you guys are saying he's headed into snow? don't know what part of minn.he has to be at.

I'm not sure what the forecast for southern MN is .....Up north we are not expecting anything significant for another week or so.
 
[size=large]good to hear. that's more than N.Y. can say. they is gunna get hit. i got the idea it wasn't suppose to stay long but 6" in one day?
