Saving History New England.....Episode 1 w. F75 & T2

Bill Ladd

New member
I think I have finally edited this episode down enough to show....:geek:
This is a heavily cut down, low quaility version of one of my episodes from my detecting DVD to give people a sneak peek at what I have been up to. Also what a real, remote colonial New England cellar hole looks like...."The Shoe Buckle Inn"
enjoy,
Bill

Can ypu post a link? I can't get anything to play (your message is just a blank box on my monitor). Could be Uncle IT has me blocked if it is out on YouTube or similar. Harumph.

Look at all the great coins it found in the new magazine ad! ;) (just kidding- those are my coins I didn't get credit for).
Anyhow, yes I know there are lots of cellar holes like that up in NH. as I have family & friends there. Cellar holes are tough to hunt as they are loaded with iron. Just be patient & hopefully get into some more remote holes in the woods that nobody else has hit yet.....
Later,
Bill

yeah!..i want to finally get into the woods around here and see what i can get myself into!..tons of farmer's fields too!..i want to expand my searching to include
fields and cellar holes!..heve been hunting a long time, but mostly open public areas and i think the time has come to attack the hobby from another angle!..350 years of history around here!..couldn't be in a better location!..new england has got it all!..

soon..in woods and in the fields..

Bill - repeat after me: "I will buy . . . a Lesche digging trowel . . . to wear on my belt . . . whenever I go into the woods . . . in addition to a small shovel. :lmfao:

I also find a chisel point rock hammer (aka "brick hammer") is a great tool in woods and cellar holes.

Can't beat it for prying and clearing roots.
