The item you show at the end of episode 22 is very interesting... it's an 1836 hard times token. Not sure why the other side has nothing... perhaps the two sides are joined together and it split apart, or maybe it is worn away. (?).

Google "1836 hard times token" and you'll find a few. There's a couple on ebay for $8 and $46.
