Hi ya'll. Saturday, I spent about 4 hours at a church yard adjacent to my CW campsite. The field where the campsite is, still waist high in soybeans. But across the street, got permission from the Pastor to hunt their big open field in back of the church. According to my 1874 plat map, there use to be an old farm house that sat back there. In the past I have found some good old coins in there. Here are all my finds fresh from the ground.
I found 4 .58cal minnies, a couple small caliber pistol bullets, a couple of rivets, an end of a spoon, a 12th georgia button, he he!, a few clad and a beauty of a silver dime!!! An 1893 barber dime!!!
Hope ya'll have a great weekend! HH <img src="/metal/html/smile.gif" border=0 width=15 height=15 alt="
