I went clad shooting back to the Town Park and picked up another 52 quarters, 24 dimes, 2 nickels and 6 memorial cents for a grand total of $15.81. Coin show tomorrow (I think). Still looking for a nice $10.00 gold to buy with last year's clad. 5 trips to the Town Park have netted me 305 quarters and 40 dimes for a total of about $80.00
That will buy a lot of mercury dimes !!!

Thanks Ed Wow those are some impressive numbers. You know me I can't get enough of those shiny silver coins. And I don't have to tell you its getting harder and harder to come up with them. What machine are you using to get all that clad, the DFX clad magnet?

I put off the clad sweeping for a day and took the Explorer to WP for a couple hours. Managed 1876 and 1881 Indian head cents, a 43-P war nickel and a few wheaties. Silver has been tough for me so far this year. I think you got the last of them !!!

Where were you I was there from about 8:00am - 11:30. I managed a 1910V nickel and a chinese coin no silver for me today

War nickel and Indian heads came from that steep hillside we hit last fall where I got the 2 mercs.
