Saturday's Finds and Crematory Tag?

The storm that hit on Friday left some cuts in the beach. Here's the nut (by the way, what does the "nut" mean that everyone refers to?):
15 Quarters
17 dimes
5 nickels
16 pennies
(All clad) These coins were found mostly in one pocket of the beach, pretty amazing.
Gator lure
and.. maybe a crematory tag
Does anyone know what a crematory tag looks like? This object is made of aluminum, is square with a hole and a part that extends out (as if to go in the hole). There are numbers and letters as follows:
number(letter)-(four numbers)
If it is a crematory tag, it's going back into the ocean on the next trip.
There were two other detectorists on the beach.
