.........lookin for that ring my co-worker's brother in law lost in Lake Huron...He will be with me over there;guiding(distracting??) me to show me where he lost it...WHO KNOWS????:wave:what else I might find???I will fire up the old Fisher 1280x and maybe find one of them missing Plate Fleet treasure ships-that got blown WAY off course-somewheres around 1,200 miles....:rofl:...I cant let the Mel Fisher Co.get all the glory....BY THE WAY:Have any of you visited the Mel Fisher web site???:detecting::surprised::yikes:"TODAY'S THE DAY";indeed....

website but have been through the museum and also in the back where they were cleaning and preserving some of the finds. My friend in Fla did some diving with Mel in the 70's. I think it was 98 when I was down there with him (Jeff)for about 6 weeks of diving for some of that stuff. Didn't find anything but we had a good time and it was hard work.
