The find made by the T2 on a grass field 1.5 acres searched hundreds of times. First a Jetton 1562 AD Hans Krauwinckel I Master German Lion of St Mark Jetton. Second A small 14th century belt stud. Third a buckle plate that I feel could be late Roman but could be medieval?

The Jetton is not a coin but a counter for use on the counting house board from the past. At that time Roman numbers were in use. Its very difficult to add them up. The Jetton is copper alloy.I do think though that during the 17th century that they were used as low value coins or tokens

If you take a look at this web site it gives all the info. It was a method of counting money in Medieval times.
