SAT HUNT BUFF NICKLE

Back at Ault Park hunting with the T-2, settings sens-99, disc-50, tones-3. Dig dig some junk but only good target was a 1924 Buffalo Nickle 5'' down, V.D.I was 58.

nice nickel

Nice nickel, are you hunting the same area?:teknetics:

Hey cintitomcat,

When I first saw your post I thought I read you were back at "ADULT" park... That could be a reason for all the "buff" a-lo nickels there!

That is a cool find Tom! I have only found 2 of those in 3 years.

Back in the latter '60s and through the '70s I used to find more Buffalo 5

I think the t2 is really awesome on nickels. You get a solid 57-58 you should always dig it. Usually a nickel, but sometimes pop top. Pop-tops will jump a little more towards 60 though.
