Sarah was in the Christmas Parade today! Yep...

...you read it right, no holiday parades down here in the Bible belt!!
It was chilly when I took her to school today, 22 degrees but it warmed up to near freezing by the beginning of the parade at 10.

This guy is in all the parades.

It was a beautiful day and we had a great time. We found a parking spot on a corner lot facing the road so Brian didn't have to walk far and could get in the car to warm up. Other than going out to dinner last night we didn't do anything special, just enjoyed the day together as a family. It was a great day.

God bless all of you! I was overwhelmed by all the congrats from you guys and can't wait to show them to Carol tomorrow.

somehow I doubt they would have let it into a parade in this neck of the woods (can't have a truck with the name "JESUS" on it). I doubt they would have a Christmas parade at all for that matter They'd probably call it a holiday or winter parade.

The more I think about it, if I ever get to retire, I'm movin' down south.
