Sandshark vs PI Pro

I once owned a Whites PI PRO and was very impressed with its ability to pinpoint. Almost like a VLF land machine! The Pro nailed targets! I sold the PRO because I mainly use Excaliburs in the water and wanted to get good with one machine. But now I am in the market for a pulse detector as a "clean-up" machine, for after I have searched-out beach areas with my Excaliburs. That way I will miss less.

I remember that I could swing the PRO fast and still hit targets. But I also own a Tigershark and like the design better than the Whites. So I am wondering how the Tesoro Sandshark compares with the PI PRO? I do like the Tesoro headphones better and was wondering how well the Sandshark pinpoints? Has anyone used both the PRO and the Sandshark? How would you rate them? Thanks, CC.

How are they underwater. Is the volume enough so you can hear
over scuba.I like the idea of being able to set the tone to
your own hearing, and the VCO mode ought to be good for pin-
pointing, and the unit is supposed to be good to 200' deep.
A lot of good features,if it can get at least resonable
depth.Plus exchangable coils.I havn't heard any real raving
on this machine with all these features.Let us know if you've
had experience with it. Thanks and HH Joe
