Sandbar Rings 2 & 3

No gold yet but the sandbar is still producing. The bright ring is .925 from Mexico, the dark ring is tungsten.

I went there today, was cool and breezy and a little chilly, got shut out except for some clad. I'll need to get the waders or wetsuit out from here on in.

Nice rings, Congrats on your efforts, hank

Nice Silver! Kudos to you for the effort on getting out to your spot! :clapping: Yeah, its that time of year to either get in the waders, suffer, or get a wetsuit. I've been suffering in leaky waders. You have sort of got to be careful with as far as you gotta paddle to get to your spot...you get wet and cold and try that crossing in a chill wind and you could go hypothermic pretty fast...be careful!
Mud

Thanks for the concern Mud! I contacted the lake association and told them to tell their members that I found "a" ring and to call me if they lost one. Well, I got one call today from a guy who lost a gold wedding band there so you're right, there is gold there. I just need to find it. My intention is to return all the rings, if possible, and to parlay the goodwill into some other sites to hunt.

BTW, I did get a 5mm farmer john and may wear it next time out. I think with the wetsuit I'll be OK thru Oct.
