[size=large]I hunted the surf only today starting at the end of my street to 5 lifeguard stands north to Ventnor.....didn't find many coins but the ones I am digging are heavier ones (quarters and 2 kennedy halves) I dug alot of light stuff Beer bottle caps and zinc pennies and other light junk the previous 2 days not today.....The onshore winds have caused a shallow trough to start forming and I'm starting to see a few riptides starting to form....and just think....the Hurricane (Bill) is coming up this way by weeks end.......maybe things are starting to look up!

1...Nice little trough setting up in the front of the sand bar....

2...This shows in my scoop....

3...this is a nice change from the flat sanded conditions of the past 2 weeks or so....

4...925 silver gold toned hinged Bangle bracelet....

Oc Md was just like that at the end of July, Flat...just got back from a one day trip...looks like a bulldozer pushed all the sand up on the beach, and there is a 45 degree Angle Hill where the surf and the sand meet, Amazing how the beach can change. ...Obn/Joe
