Sand Shark Gold

Well I got out with my new Sand Shark to an alkali and black sand beach that gave my Tiger Shark fits. The Sand Shark ran like a dream and man!! Talk about sensitivity, this thing hit on single links of a bracelet. I won't even go into how deep I was digging pull-tabs at, suffice to say I'm glad I took a shovel...


It was a beautiful sunny day today, I got a bit sunburned but was having a blast with my new toy and a new lesche shovel.

Biggest target of the day was an aluminum oar...

My day was made when I saw this peeking out of the sand, can you see the gold?

Not long after I got another gold, then a silver ring followed by a silver quarter. I hunted till I was exhausted. It felt great to be out digging again.
