Found nearly 30$ today with the Sand Shark, includes one silver 25 cent and one silver 10 cent piece. I was happy with this detector.

Man,
That is a great day of hunting especially with a PI machine!!!
Nice coin counts!!
I have been debating getting a Sand Shark myself and may have to make the leap after seeing this post.
Congradulations,
Felix

This was at a freshwater beach. You can tell the approximate size and depth, picks up all metals the same. Hairpins make a double blip, those you can tell. I have the 8" coil that is more than satisfactory.

Because the Sand Shark is a PI detector it works well in and around salt water. That is the reason I bought it. It worked well in most places I have used it. It can be used on dry land but it has no discrimination being a PI detector. Be prepared to do a lot of digging. It works best around sandy beaches, where the digging is easy. For land hunting I prefer my Cibola it is a great little detector.

I find the Sand Shark is very well balanced. I have the control box mounted under the armrest section. It is easy and effortless to swing for hours. Comfortable to use. The control box can be mounted on the shaft three different ways that I know of, and the middle shaft can be removed for diving. Mine has the 8" coil which I find more than adequate.

A monkey wrench??/ I mean I have been fooled by trash but a monkey wrench...ooh I think my detector would be screaming LARGE OBJECT go to next target, but hey more power to you.

Sand Shark is a PI detector, " it's an All Metal detector ", that is what a Pulse Induction detector does.

By the way, that's a pipe wrench not a monkey wrench
.
