I can't get into the Sanborn maps anymore. The general way most of us got in was User name - Residents Password - Welcome
Doesn't work for me anymore. Does someone have a working user name and pass word?

When I get in it's like I'm running in circles what's the secret of finding exactly what you're looking for. Any idea's
on how to do a search say for a old town location from the late 1800's that's no longer their. The little town was only
their for about 30-40 years before it disappeared....Any help would be helpful

If you looking at a big town then there are a lot of maps to search. I just start with the earliest date. If I don't see what I want I click on the next earliest date and look again.

That password and user name dosen't work anymore. Anyone have any ideas?? It is killing me not to be able to use Sanborn maps. Help..

They got wise and now you must pay or have an library affiliation.

Yeah, the funs over.

There was a post not to long ago about this, Maybe it was another forum
I just checked, and it still works,
When I go to the site the 1st time, it says FORBIDDEN!!
I just click it again out of my favorites, and it goes back and forth a few times,
Then it comes up fine??
Workin' for me anyway

Tim
