Salida does a quick hunt and finds......well...

I did a quick hunt with my 250 but the ground is still
freakin hard. Hit an old sports field where I've hunted in
the past thinking SOMEBODY must have dropped SOMETHING!
Didn't even pay for my gas today. The big silver thing/ear ring was
right on top of the ground. When I ran the coil over it there wasn't
a sound. Switched the mode to all metal and it made a heavy grunt.
It's aluminum: hopefully some poor girl didn't buy it thinking
it was silver. The big round coin isn't a coin. It's a commendation award
for being a good commander; probably from the army as I found a
stick pin near by on the ball field that reads, ARMY.

Nice finds your big coin looks like a company commanders coin , he would have given it out to a soldier for doing a good job , sorta of a atta boy , usually it the higher ups that have the coins like. The battalion and brigade level commanders but sometimes company commanders buy them to give out . HH
