Found this ring on Sunday. It is 14kt And I believe that it is a saffire??? It is not very big it must be a kids ring or for tiny woman.

I think that it is a Tanzanite. I compared it to Topaz and it is to deep blue to be a topaz and not dark enough for a saffire. I looked at jem stones online at jewelry TV.
