Just wondering if anyone has had experience with any of the Rutus detectors. Looks like they have a pretty good recovery speed on iron infested ground. Just wondering if any comparisons have been made against the garrett AT series detectors.. Knowing that the AT series being waterproof that always a plus.

Jason73,i live in England and they have been a successful design for finding small roman and medieval coins in amongst iron.Take a look at Garys metal detecting forum,he has done a thorough test on the machine and gives information on suitable programs for it.One thing about the machine is that it rarely comes up for sale secondhand here, most who have them seem to hold on to them.

I think earthmansurfer had a Jupiter, a year or so ago...he liked it. I believe he went back to an e-trac then modified it.

I Was sent a link and looked at the info... Very Interested in a detector that can pull goodies out of a worked out area... and steveO your right! watched a couple videos on you-tube. I just wondered if a head to head test on a T2 or a deus was done ?
