Rusty, Robert and Tesoro are top notch

I know those who have had experiences with Tesoro's customer service praise them for going above and beyond the mark in customer service and professionalism. Due to Tesoro's quality of detectors some may never have to use their repair department or may never have to call them for anything. I found out how good their customer service really is. I recently purchased a Silver Sabre Umax from a guy and thought it odd that it was not getting better depth than my Compadre. I called Tesoro and was suprised to get a real person on the phone, not a teleprompt, and then the never ending hold. I want to thank Christina for being so polite the 1st time I called. I was transfered right to the service department and was able to talk to Robert, I explained the problems I was experiencing and he told me to send my detector in. In the times that I called to check into the status on my detector. I was greeted by a live person (not a machine), I appreciate that very much in today's business world of impersonal teleprompt pick a number machines. I spoke with Rusty on 3 seperate occasions, one converstion he explained to me about the soil conditions in my areas effect on the performance of my machine that I had sent in and gave me some reccomendations of machines that would work well in my area. With Rusty, Robert and Tesoro I felt like an person and not just a number. I was excited today to return home from work and see a Tesoro box waiting on my front door step. I want to Thank Rusty, Robert, Christina and all those at Tesoro who work behind the scenes to build some amazing detectors and keep our older Tesoro classics running smoothly. You guys went the extra mile for me and sold me once again on the neccesity to buy (Tesoro). There are many industries and corporations out there who shout out about taking care of the customer and having good customer service, but fall short in so many ways, Tesoro exemplifies it. If you ever have to use Tesoro's customer service or repair department, you will be impressed. Thanks again Tesoro.

I have spoke to most of the fine folks @ Tesoro a time or two and even though I have never met them & I live on the other side of the country they made me feel like family. Tesoro makes mighty fine detectors and they are a great bunch of people :thumbup::tesoro:.
 
You don't buy a Tesoro detector, you invest in a company and the return on that investment is priceless! All your hard work and dedication to our hobby is greatly appreciated.

As I've said many times, Rusty can't be beat. He's one of the main reasons I buy Tesoro detectors.
