Thank You Rusty for checking out my Vaquero and the 2 coils. I am glad nothing was wrong. But now I feel good that I had a pro check it out before I take it to the Philippines with me. Rusty was also good enough to give me an extra battery door incase I wear the 1st one out. How can you wear one out? The battery last for many more hours than the book said it would. Tesoro is the only company that is willing to help their customers the way they do. What other company will tune up and check everything out for free and don't charge for return shipping. No one will do that, Only TESORO.. Thank you again Rusty and Tesoro for such wonderful customer service. That's why I own 5 Tesoros....KEN

I agree 100% on Rusty - Battery doors don't usually wear out, but are commonly lost.

Rusty was one of the main reasons I switched to Tesoro. He is from the generation of people who had ethical and responsible values. No metal detector company is perfect and there are a few things about Tesoro that bother me a little but good customer service is a must for me and I will stick with Tesoro until the day they happen to change things for the worst ( which I hope will never happen). I love using my lightweight Tesoros with 1 nine volt easy install battery, quick recovery time ,and legendary discrimination
