Ruffed Grouse and a couple 8 points and a swamp..

Seen another grouse all fanned out this past weekend. Had all I could do to keep my Lab from jumping out the truck window after him..

Got two pics of 8 points with a trail camera - I say they are two different deer - My dad says its the same one.. Taken only about 1/4 mile apart on two different nights.

And took a foliage shot at some wetlands over the hill from me Tuesday morning. I just got a Sigma 10-20 mm lens and am trying to get used to it..I never shot a wide angle lens before.

Beautiful shots Dave, I agree with you on the deer. Looking at the legs I think the first one is older...Love the fall colors it really looks cold and the grouse is fantastic...

Looks like two different Bucks to me by the shape of points. Nice shots. What type trail camera? Took good clear shots.
