Pulled this 1866 Indian from an old house site along with a knapsack hook and a few buttons. The shot of the Indian was fresh dug in pic with one wipe, it has a full readable LIBERTY. Love these civil war veteran's homestead sites!

Nice finds! I totally agree with you slow and low (to me) is a key combination with the equinox.

recovery of 6 It was the happy medium for the amount of iron I was hearing, every scoop had nails brick or pottery so I could assume I was basically on the house site.
