Been slacking a bit on posting all my finds. But here be the total loot.
Da loot! $12 in toonies, $13 in loonies, $10.50 in quarters, $2.60 in dimes, $1.15 in nickels and probably 100 pennies. Keys, junk rings, 14k wedding band(alrdy posted), .925 band(already posted), watch face, various things.
Toy car.
North Bay Ontario stick pin.
Slightly old big button.
Zippo lighter and crack pipe.
Taiwanese Ten Yuan coin from around 1997-1998. Dated with help of Taiwanese co-worker.
Older pennies. 1946, 1952 George VI pennies, 1959, 1962, 2x1964 young Elizabeth pennies. 1959D wheat cent. Also includes those pictured below.
1932 George V penny in excellent condition. Soaked in olive oil for 11 days.
1918 George V LC. A out of left field surprise coin I dug yesterday on a ballfield at only 4" deep. I thought it was a American clad quarter due to how dark it was and the sun glare without shades. Did not know what I had till I started cleaning it. This means the fill on that part of the field is OLD dirt from somewhere, I'm going back this weekend to grid that part HARD. Hoping for some hot silver tickets and more old pennies, etc. Was in the high 70's on the AT-Pro VDI, also where some American clad quarters ring up too.
