Round 2 at the lake today

Went home and got lunch and headed straight back out there. Started off digging everything and finding nothing but pull tabs. Finally found some coins here and there and got that nice deep nickel signal. Out pops a Buffalo. 3rd of the day. 1925 and after that got a 1935 and a 1941 wheat. And a bunch of zinc pennies as well. Another good hunt.

Never knew oaks did that?
I was thinking chemicals in the soil from farmers/Planters?
Nope out here at this lake there has never been any chemicals put into the ground. The dirt out here is as black and as nice as you could want.

Our soil in Florida is sand mostly neutral.
Some detectors will not ground balance because it's so neutral.
Most time when coins come out the ground all corroded is because chemicals have been used
in that area. but most off the time coins come out of the ground like the day they was lost.
