Missed everyone since the last time I posted about a week ago. Been rough at work. We are short on personnel with most nights only 3 people trying to do the work of 5. Even came in an hour early one night and that was a long 9 hours (which they won't pay ovetime for so have to cut my hours some other day leaving the other crew members short handed). Needless to say been quite worn out and haven't been able to get here to see how everyone has been doing.
A few positives: (1) because I had to fill in for another guy and worked 6 days I have Mon and Tues off - this means for once I can make it to a club meeting that I usually couldn't make it to; (2) I got out to detect yesterday and this morning; (3) Jesus is Lord - that is ALWAYS positive!
With God's blessings my hunts went better than I had thought. On Monday morning, these were my finds:

In the top left are 13 coins (4 dimes and 9 pennies) found in the same hole - yeah!
I didn't think I could top that. God was with me again and found this variety of items:
<p align=center><img src="http://coinshooter.owly.net/062105/Beck062105.jpg"></p></center>
On the bottom - third from the left - are 5 coins (4 quarters and 1 dime) all found in the same hole!

Found this kid's ring:
<p align=center><img src="http://coinshooter.owly.net/062105/Ring.jpg"></p></center>
And this pretty earring:
<p align=center><img src="http://coinshooter.owly.net/062105/Earring.jpg"></p></center>
Even found a dog licence for 1999:

The best of the best was this:

My first silver Mercury dime! 1929 - woo hoo!
Thank you Father for making my weekend so much better!
I hope others have been able to get out. Will have to see what everyone else has been up to.
