went back to my favorite park today... another MDer who has a youtube channel was there recently and posted about it... I hunted for about 2 hours obviously where someone else had been.. I saw a few dead grass plugs and many other fresh signs ... didn't deter me, game on! I had a two token day, another "luck" token, and then a very cool Liberty Life Insurance 20th anniversary token... 1919-1939, my first Susan B Dollar... a 1979 P but not the sought after one. pulled one wheat, and a 27 Merc, and a very beat up Rosie... looks like it got sucked into the lawnmower before finding his final resting spot... the bullet is the longest one I have ever found.. and I find a ton of modern bullets... the back end is split, but I see no rifling marks????
just goes to prove... no matter who was there before you.. they missed something... including me.

Nice finds…. That silver dime is not as bad as a SL quarter I found last year…. It was all torn up, but sadly if not for that, it had hardly any wear on it.
I’m thinking a kid took it to school and lost it recently… was not deep.
Lawnmowers can really do a number on coins.
You got some nice keepers though…looks like someone missed a few targets.

Gunwolf: No matter how hard you try to cover an entire area when swinging a detector --it is impossible, even when going over it to hear in a different direction, as angle, ground moisture, dryness & how wide or narrow your swing coverage is--Whether detector working good or having have an off day by interference! The depth of coin & angle has a lot to do with it's beep-beeping at you or the next person! Ground moisture has a lot to discovering deeper coins & relics--I loved the Spring Time when it rained & the Fall months with moisture soil & cooler hunting--too hot or too cold were not ideal for this old lady!

I treasure hunted from 1981 to 2006 when my brother became very ill & was placed in Hospice Care & I was more ILL myself--just had to call it quits but learned a lot about MD'ing, the outdoors (God & Country) & got to know my brother all over again when he came up from FL & lived with me--2006 to 2009! I learned a lot about him & dad that I never knew for he worked with dad on the farm & had some amazing stories! I was blessed to have him with me for what time he had left to live! We were 1-1/2 years apart in age! God blesses in many ways & for me & him that was our being back together before his death in Hospice Care for PAH--Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension! He smoked from a teenager until in his late 50's! He went cold turkey & never smoked another cigarette after throwing away the one pack he had left!! Miss my Bros very much! Ma

Poor rosey got clubbed and stabbed 😂😂
Amazing finds especially after being hunted by yourself and others.

Maybe you should do a YouTube documentary on how not to detect and find more good stuff.....just saying.....
