Not those kind of sisters man, these kind of sisters:

I hit the demo site again today, and pulled out a 1962 Rosie, and four more wheaties.

Pulled a ton of zincolns  , memorials, and other assorted clad (one quarter missed being silver by a year - DOH!).

Found one of those oval press a penny deals for San Francisco, but they used a zinc cent to make it...bummer, those are kind of cool, even if their worthless.

Also found two live rounds, a .45 auto, and a S&W .32. Guess I better be careful with the shovel out there :spaz:

The C$ ran pretty well today, except oddly in an area I'd been detecting for about an hour, it just started going haywire. It was getting late, almost getting dark, so I suspect that some electrical circuit switched on (street light electricity perhaps?). Not sure, but it was odd, just went from running really well, to loosing it's mind.

That's a good haul of clad, Cal...

My Pantera went bonkers on me a day ago, also... wouldn't GB properly... sunspots?????

I'm going to check my batteries today.

I have had mine go crazy twice ,both times by a cell tower. When that happens , take out battery ,Waite awhile. When you put battery back it will re-boot. Other detectors can do the same thing.

Thanks for the tip Everett. I'm heading back in a bit to the same spot, and am going to (I'm probably pushing my luck here) try the 10" spider coil. I found a coin field, it's odd because there's silver (found a 1939 Merc, and a 1962 Rosie), and wheatbacks right next to zinc pennies. So far everything has been only 1"-4" deep, so I'm not sure what's going on here. I figure if I try the 10" coil, I'll see if there's anything deeper, or coins on edge hiding.

Talk about a finicky machine. I ran the 10" spider coil for about four hours today (didn't even chest mount it) and the C$ ran more stable then it did with the 8" or the 6" coils, go figure. I did have to keep the SENS down to 4, but it ran great.
