Roman coin

Eric

New member
Finally got my roman coin back from the city archeologist. Its a trajan [98-117 AD] I found it on a depth of only 1.5 inch. Location was a forrest path close from a tenniscourt.

Thanks for Looking..

Eric, Netherlands.

That's a cool find. Have you expanded your search of that area ? Had to be something there at one time (you may already know?).

Brain,

although my city was Roman before, nothing was ever known about this particular place. We just guess it was lost at that time. I am planning to hunt that place out!

HH, Eric.

Wow, Eric...that's pretty awesome there! Oldest coin I've ever seen pulled with a detector.

Not too far from having something that Jesus himself might have gotten back from a vending machine, eh?

Incredible!
