yes there is and cibola as well i think even if wanted to send it back to the factory they have a way of turning yours i think into a high tone don't hold me to it but i beleive i had read past posts on this monte could answer you better!
 
Yes, I just purchased a High tone Vaquero four days ago. I also believe it is true that you can send the Vaq or Cibola to Tesoro and they will handle the tone mod for a minimal fee. I'm thinking $15 for some reason.
