Rocky racoon ate my cat :)

can be brutal. Started missing a few of my hens, and saw where the dang racoon killed them in the pen, then climbed tree and drug them thru a hole in the wire roof. He did this about three nights in a row before I discovered the hole. I repaired it now, and now no more chicken dinners for him. Now he comes to our patio the other night to check to see if there is any left overs from Bootsie's cat food bowl. I think I am going to get a trap from one of my friends, trap him and give him a ride to the beer camp!

They crippled and maimed some of our chickens also and we did ourselves and the neighbors a favor! (Carol can shoot real good, thats why i am a good boy mostly
) I can accept them eating a chicken now and then, its nature, but crippling and mutilating three or four at the same time ticks me off! Nasty little boogers
