Rob question, 60-69 reject coin program

Rob,

Why do you reject 60-69 on your coin program? Dont it also reject wheat pennys? Or since they are of so little value you decide to not bother with them? I figure you are trying to reject steel caps. I am tweaking my V3i using your program and just asking advice questions. Doi most rings fall in thet 14-23 or is that just for nickels?
