A little luck, some good machines and an hour or two a day works for me. I just can't imagine how many quarters you got....

AAARGH!!! Our weather has been cold and nasty. Were supposed to get some snow but it all went to the mountains. Some of the ski resorts got 2-3 feet in one day. We are supposed to have a break for about a week with some decent weather. Just hope it ain't windy and brutally cold. I have gone past cabin fever and am now in a coma. HAA.

Yeah been snowing on the mountains here. Some of them got three feet in one day. Think Mt. Hood was one of them. I can see it from town and that's as close as I want to get to it and the 12 or so feet of snow on it. Course the skiers and snow boarders are going nuts.

I worked on the lodge one winter and had to sit and wait every morning for them to plow the parking lot so we could get in.

Bill,

No mountains around me.Nearest would be Blue Mountain which is about a 5 hour drive for me.So I was wondering.... if theres a lot of snowboards and skiers around your area are there areas you can scan?

Cheers!

Yeah you can hit the ski runs in the summer of which there are many. Mt. Hood at over 11,000 feet is just and hour away and Mt. St. Helens our famous volcano is about 45 minutes away but who wants to detect on an active volcano. :yikes:

Yeah I got one and John does beautiful work on those rings. And they are unique. You just can't walk in anywhere and buy one. For all the work that goes into one the price is dirt cheap.
