I took a break from job hunting and stopped at a play ground to MD. I didn't stay at the play ground very long. I could tell by the lack of coins it had been heavily detected. Going up to the play ground was a different story. I can't stand to walk with out my metal detector on. Yes, I am afraid I will miss something. The playground is fenced in a lush green park. As I walk along the sidewalk I hold my MD out over the grass. I get a lot of quarters that way. I had a solid hit on nickel. That is my favorite type of hit. I get a most my gold on nickel. A solid hit that doesn't move. It just says nickel. I dug down 3 inches and there was a 10-k gold ring. There is a small diamond, I guess and that big red thing. I will have to have it checked out.

Probably amethyst. Nice ring. All I found to day was a rusty old clasp knife.

Very nice looking ring. Guess I'll have to go there now. Rings are everywhere..:detecting:

I have a few words for you, I am SOOOO jealous and SWEEEEEEEET.........:clapping:
