Ring/Merc and other coins

It was cool today but not cool enough to keep Andy and myself away from our favorite hobby. We hunted one of our favorite school sites today and picked up a few coins etc...I found the following: Clad quarters, clad dimes, a few wheats, dozen or so memorials, a couple of zincroid pennies, sterling ring and a 1929 Merc..

Ahh....fresh finds. There is nothing better for the soul. Spring is coming !!

Nice ring & nice Merc! Still too cold and snowy here in NE Ohio to go out. Hoping for a warm spell or some rain to get rid of the white stuff. HH

[size=large]congrats on the silver & ring.
it's been snowing most of the day here in kelso, washington. temps are suppose to drop to the teens as lows and 30's as highs for the next couple of days. it's our turn to get cabin fever. our events don't last as long as the mid-west or central/ northern states. so this stuff should blow by in a few adays and then mucky rainy N.W. rain should replace it for a few weeks.
so you keep posting. those nice finds. they give inspiration that someday soon we too may hunt again.

Nice finds John.:clapping: Glad you were able to get out and make a post to share with all the cabin fever fellows. Got a club hunt tomorrow and it's going to be cold and might be hard digging if the ground is too frozen too deep. Hope you get out again soon. HH.
