Ring Man Found His Ring AND COULD HAVE BEEN KILLED:goodnight:

Went early this morning in 29 degree temps but it was a nice sunny day. Hit a bunch of bark chips here and there then went to a nice city park. Found the NM ring (coin shop guy says it's silver plated) and a 300 Savage LIVE round. Now that's Scarey...........:surprised::surrender: Ended up with 73 coins for $5.32, the poodle pendant, the ring and a bullet.

Hi Rosco, Finding live rounds is pretty scarey all right. I have found 30/30 rounds, 22's by the handfull, 22 hornet rounds 223's, 308's and 303's as well. I'm always thankful that my pick has'nt hit the primer on them. I've found them on popular beaches, parks and the gold fields. I am also starting my own musket ball collection, I have found 5 all up on the goldfields. I own and use bounty hunter tracker iv's for the parks, and until recently on the beaches as well, I now have a new Infinium LS for the beaches, and use it on the goldfields too. Just finished my open water scuba course and can't wait to get in the water down at Surfers Paradise near Brisbane. I will be posting my finds as soon as I learn how to do it on the computer. Regards Nugget.
