ring id help

We need more info like better pictures and any info inside the band.

Just a guess with what you have there, I would say a silver ring with glass stones, but it could be white gold or platinum with sapphires........ it all depends.......

Have you done any testing?
 
Never seen "PAT PEND" on a ring before. Curious to know what feature(s) on the ring is being patented.
 
The pat pending is probably for the adjustable feature. Here is one with pat pending on it....

But that is not the only reason for a patent on a ring. Here is a non-adjustable ring with pat pending.....
