Ring drought is finally over, at least for today..

Hit just a small section of a large park that I haven't been to since last year. Scrounged up close to $3.00 in coins and these two rings - both found under big trees. One is a pearl ring and the other a birthstone I assume. It was an interesting day. There were some fellers there who must have been part of a "poor man's" circus. They had ropes fastened between trees and were tight rope walking. One guy was juggling bowling pins, another had some torches for fire eating but never lit them up before I left. One guy had a small homemade camp trailer ( duct taped together ) that he towed with his bicycle, really economical travel. Hell they may have been living in the park, who knows.

Talked to a gay guy sunbathing in nothing but a thong and laying on his belly with butt cheeks facing up.. He was just precious. I told him with the overcast sky he should know what that portends. He said that was when one got sunburned the worst. I told him he was going to have fried buns if he laid there long and would be the talk of the park with shiny, cherry buns. He laughed and agreed.

Will have to hit the rest of the park later. It was littered with sunbathers laying all over the place. I picked up a coin spill ( quarter and three dimes ) where two of them had laid. The playground was full of house apes so had to skip that. May be some more rings there somewhere.

Thanks for not taking photos in the park! Sounds like a very interesting day. I'm going to stick with my baggy swimsuit, thanks. In fact, I have such a metal detector's tan right now, I my not even put on my suit in 2008.
