Well..the other day i broke the ice with the first ring of the yr. while fresh water detecting. Funny thing about this ring is it was in the same hole as the top of an old steel beer can. I was running in pro-zero-w/no disc. I dont think the ring is gold...but may be? It has that bubblegum machein look to it but then again it doesnt . the embossing in the inside band says "made in Czechoslovakia" This site has produced many gold rings for me in the past.
