RIght size box to ship detector

Please forgive me if this is not the place to ask this question, but my fiance' last year THREW away my original box and shipping box that my GoldBug Pro came in. :surrender:

So please help me here friends of mine on this forum. WHERE can I purchase a SIMILAR sized box to fit the detector (taken apart and all for the shipping process)? Is there a specific or RECOMMENDED place to purchase this kind of shipping apparatus so I can properly sell and SHIP MY MACHINE to its' new owner?

Thank you SO MUCH IN ADVANCE,
bubba

I can't say which box but definitely use paper or bubble wrap and tape the rods to a piece of card board to make it very secure. I recently purchase a detector and the delivery service must have dropped the box and the display snapped away from the rod. The detector was then sent back to the factory for warranty service.

If you could find a cardboard container that car struts come packaged in would be ideal. I had to replace the front struts on my Saturn sedan and the box was perfect for shipping out my metal detector that I sold. Just the right length for the rods and enough room for all the accessories and detector. Do you know a family member or friend that works at a car repair shop? Even if you don't know anyone, I would go to a car repair facility and see what they have available. I would definitely start in this direction as I am sure they would love to unload some of their boxes. - Jim
