Rewriting history B.T.?

I enjoyed reading yet another article by you in the latest Gem and Treasure. If what you are saying in the article, then It certainly changes the history books on who discovered the Welcome Stranger Nugget! This wouldn't be the first time that historical facts have been incorrect, as the Wright bros were not the first to fly, only the first ones to have the fact logistically registered. There was a couple of others prior, a Kiwi 3 years prior and an immigrant to the US about 6 months prior. He even managed to fly half a mile and maneuver around a hedge as well!

G,day Mick. Mate the old fella told me about it years ago and I have agonised if I should tell it or not for ages. When he died I just had to.
His dads old mate deserved to be finally recognised for what he found for those two rip offs.
I believe it 1000%.
I wonder how many other things have been distorted over time?
Have a good one Mick.

Good call.
I reckon that we would be surprised if we knew the extent that these distortions go on. It's kind of like how history is recorded a certain way by the Victors of any given war through time! I could mention some, but we'd be straying off subject too much.
