What a great day in central Indiana. Took the SE back to an old picnic grove that I have pounded with every detector I have ever had. Hunted slow and was lucky enough to pull a Buffalo nickel. Not sure of the date but just pleased to find. I also went out in the middle of a field nearly a half mile from the road to an old house site. I have found several Indian head pennies and the usual old house stuff so I wasn't sure if I could find anything else. Got the heart heel plate first and picked up the slightly toasted 1871 Indian in about an hour of hunting. I can't believe how distinct the Minelab coin signal is becoming to me.
