"Reverse" Hunting Sov & Excal

Very well done CJC.....A secret I hope don't catch on where I hunt...

CJC,
Great post and information. I had to read it twice just to make sure I'm not doing something wrong. It also reminds me that I wish I had that pinpoint/disc button mod on my handle done, before I wear the knob out. Thanks,

Great post! Been doing this since my PP mod from OBN and I love it! Forces me to slow down a bit and not try to rush from spot to spot. I have found quite a few items now that I wouldn't have if I was just hunting in disc mode. Also have notices an increase in depth and how far to side of the coil the signal goes. It's like hunting with a larger coil! (I'm using this on an excal 1000---10" coil)

Great read for sure. Something I'll keep ! Let me ask you about threshold sound !!! Does it mean anything if the threshold sound is "Raspy" sounding or smooth tight sound. I hope you can understand what I'm trying to describe. Anyone can add to this. Thanks

Ron L 15" coiltek
