Returned to Treasure Creek after a long winter!

I had found several newer coins (mostly pennies) last October with 3 or 4 wheaties (one 1909) in a creek near where I live. I had surgery shortly after I discovering the hoard. By the time I was ready to go back out again, the cold weather had arrived and stayed with us. Toddy was so warm I decided to hit the creek for the first time this year. The water was very clear and a bit cold. I hunted for 2 hours and found 67 pennies, one nickel and one dime. All new stuff so I thought, "Why post a picture?" It was a far cry from the 1800+ coins I pulled in 2 or 3 days but a lot of fun and it was great to get the Excal wet again for the first time this year. You can bet I'll be back to check for more pockets of stuff!

Sort of in pockets. I wish they were all quarters! I find a few nickels, dimes and quarters mixed in but most pennies.

Venture out a little farther, Do you think bass carried these to the location. I used to detect a swim hole and ventured out about 30 feet and in 2 evening in the same area was 8 Gold Rings 6 Silver Rings and 125 coin. goldnugget' charlotte,NC
